Position Summary We are looking for Construction Management Interns for our summer 2026 internship program! In addition to being assigned a jobsite and mentor, all interns participate in a day-long orientation, create an individualized learning plan, attend and lead site tours, and round-out the summer presenting lessons learned to our Senior Leadership Team. As an intern, you will gain exposure to commercial construction through one of three ways: field-focus, project engineer-focus, or a hybrid of the two, based on experience. Field Field interns will work alongside a crew to learn while being in the work. Typically, individuals who are more novice within construction will be assigned to the field internship to lay a solid foundation prior to moving into project management.
