Role description: This internship is a great opportunity for students who participate in Project Lead The Way (PLTW) programs and are interested in manufacturing and engineering. You'll gain hands-on experience working in our plant, learning about production and how we improve the way we work. You'll be part of the Continuous Improvement (CI) team, helping with projects that make our processes faster, safer, and more efficient. You'll gain real-world skills like how to solve problems, work with teams, and use tools and systems that professionals use in manufacturing.
