Coordinate execution of projects with other engineering disciplines and office personnel. Develop design projects from inception to completion, prepare construction packages (including all deliverables) for the engineering, procurement, and construction of water/wastewater systems for clients. Create cost estimates and project schedules and perform detailed engineering calculations and analysis and use design software to solve complex challenges. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field of study. Minimum of 4 years of experience in water/wastewater/recycled water facilities design and construction support. Key Skills and Attributes: Strong, clear, and concise written and oral communication skills and excellent technical writing skills. Client relationship skills are a plus.
