Layton Services is a Site Work & Underground Utilities Contractor with projects ranging from Mass Excavation to installation of Sanitary, Water, and Storm. This individual would be accountable for the efficient management and supervision of on-site construction operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with company policies and project specifications. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate and oversee daily site work activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Organize, direct, and oversee working crews.
Assign tasks and monitor performance in compliance with project plans.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to crew members.
Conduct briefings as needed to review work progress and upcoming tasks.
Act as the primary point of contact between the field, Superintendent, and Director of Operations.
Troubleshoot issues that arise on-site and collaborate with management to resolve challenges.
Maintain detailed records of hours worked, materials used, and project status.
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of tools and equipment.
Coordinate material deliveries and track inventory to prevent shortages.
Request additional resources as needed to meet project goals.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in a foreman or supervisory role in excavation, site work, or related industry.
Strong knowledge of construction and on-site construction management principles.

Understanding of GPS and laser guided layout systems.
Understanding of construction software for daily reporting and documentation.

WORKING FOREMAN for Snow Crew (6am - 6pm)

Summary: Works on installing new underground irrigation systems for both residential and commercial clients. Requiring previous irrigation experience and/or electrical experience. With the guidance of Landscape Project Managers and the Landscape Operations Manager, oversees the efficient operation of site maintenance while operating within EMI budget guidelines. Works in cooperation with Landscape Design / Sales, Irrigation Crew Members, Landscape & Maintenance Division Operations Manager and Assets Manager with quality and customer satisfaction as top priority. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Mechanical Technician, your primary responsibility is to ensure the optimal reliability and uptime of our processes through preventive maintenance. You will be instrumental in:
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in process equipment, including pumps, transmissions, and other components.
Equipment Operation: Safely operating motorized equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, Genie lifts, hoists, and cranes.
Technical Proficiency: Applying safe working practices, understanding preventive and first-line maintenance principles, and interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and literature.
Mechanical Expertise:

ALL Aerials, LLC. is seeking an Aerial Lift Service Technician & Mechanic. Hands-on experience with aerial boom and scissor lifts is a big plus but training may be provided for the right individual. Depending on experience this may lead to a Field Technician role. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package. This position is eligible for a $300 candidate sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment.
Essential Functions
Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all makes of aerial boom and scissor lifts
Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components as needed
Reads, understands and interprets operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and technical drawings
Positive interface with service writers, supervisor, parts department and customers
Prepare proper documentation of actions taken
Able to work with diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairs
Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
Skills and Experience Requirements
Must have a strong diesel engine, hydraulic and electrical background
Must have basic set of mechanic's hand tools
Must have a valid Driver's License with an acceptable MVR
Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Ability to work safely around moving machinery; to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity
Ability to safely operate complex construction equipment
Able to lift 50 lbs
Manufacturer's training will be an integral part of this position. Applicant must be willing to learn new computer, electronic and hydraulic systems, follow safety guidelines as they evolve in our industry, and remain certified within the various portions of our field such as assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting.
