The Role: The Recruiter will provide the full cycle of recruiting duties including sourcing, attracting, and selecting talent in collaboration with all departments within the Companies and its Affiliates. They will be responsible for the scheduling, organization, vetting, and interviewing of all candidates. These duties will include concise documentation of all information compiled on candidates, a strong ability to communicate day to day activity, and an ability to seek out solid candidates for an array of positions within the construction, safety, electrical, and mechanical arena. Organizing recruiting efforts on the high school, college, and graduate level is required. Responsibilities: This is an on-site/in-office position Clearly define the job responsibilities and qualifications for each open position Give candidates a positive experience throughout the recruiting/hiring process including updates throughout Utilize various channels like recruiting programs, networking, employee referrals, and industry events to obtain potential candidates Embrace Company culture, values, and activities Able to communicate Company culture, values, and activities to prospective candidates on recruiting visits and during college career fairs Become thoroughly knowledgeable of the Companies employment needs Act as liaison between candidates and project management Compose and/or edit /distribute letters, memos, reports and other correspondence to prospective candidates Execute in-depth interviews, attend meetings, and attend scheduled external events (Career Fairs) Fully manage the entire life cycle of the hiring process Work closely with HR and Management with the candidate processes Prepare written correspondence for recruiting staff (emails, memos, presentations, etc.) Maintain a calendar including phone screens, interviews, scheduled travel, and career fairs Accurately communicate recruitment activities to all departments and affiliate companies Maintain confidential information securely and ethically Some travel is required. The Role: The Project Scheduler builds and maintains the project schedule and the different baselines in accordance with TWC policies, owner requirements, and the on-going analysis of the network logic and validation as it complies with the intent of the project team. Cost and resource loading including the TWC metrics and general conditions is required on all project schedules so, all report generation and cash flows will be a critical element of the role. Responsibilities: Periodic progress updates of in-progress schedules. Collection of all pertinent data required to update the schedule. The Scheduler is responsible for collection of update data from multiple sources, including the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Owners Representatives and subcontractors. All update data shall be approved by the Project Manager prior to incorporation into the schedule. Maintenance of Project Schedule Baselines. Maintains Project Schedule Baselines in accordance with TWC's policy regarding Baselines and any additional requirements the Owner's contracts may include. Periodic Performance Report Generation. Generation of project specific Performance Reports as well as TWC Standard reports, including but not limited to: Critical Activities Report, Baseline Deviation Report, Earned Value Performance Index Report and Project Cash Flow Report. Cost and Resource Loading of Schedules. Required at a minimum on all TWC projects to include the TWC Metrics Resource Set for project staff and General Conditions. As required by the project, updating cost and resource actuals may be required as part of the periodic progress update process. Network Logic Analysis and Validation. On-going analysis of the network logic and validation that it complies with the intent of the project team and that it complies with the TWC Standard Guidelines for network logic. The network logic on-going analysis shall also include removal of extraneous and superfluous dependencies that may cause errors in calculating total float and criticality. Assist in preparation of Monthly Schedule Reporting. Preparation of the required reports for the project and shall include assisting with the draft of the Monthly Schedule Narrative. Schedule Development. Developing schedules from the ground up for both proposals and construction projects. Development of both types of schedules shall be a team effort.
