Summary:
Brooksource is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical infrastructure within our client's Data Centers. As a key member of the Engineering and Facilities team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the world-class mechanical and electrical infrastructure, ensuring facility operations, and implementing safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
1. Safety:
· Uphold and promote the highest safety standards, fostering a world-class safety culture.
· Collaborate with other teams to address safety risks/issues and take ownership of safety initiatives and projects.
2. Engineering & Facility Operations and Maintenance:
· Demonstrate operational expertise in electrical and mechanical equipment, including UPS's, Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, ATS's, Diesel Generators, Chillers, HVAC, Exhaust Fans, VFD's, and Transformers.
· Troubleshoot events within internal SLAs and work varying shifts (morning, late, and night).
· Conduct routine rounds/log-taking for operational readings of mechanical and electrical equipment.
· Supervise contractors performing servicing or preventive maintenance.
· Respond to off-duty emergency calls on an on-call rotation basis.
· Lift/move objects/materials within regulatory weight limits and work in outdoor weather conditions occasionally.
Basic Qualifications:
· Completed apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician/Electrician or equivalent recognized training.
· Very good command of English (CEFR B2).
· Proficient with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Word) and web-based operational tools.
· Proficient with Change Management Systems (CMS) and Ticket Systems.
· 2+ years of job-related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
· 2+ years of Data Center engineering experience.
· 3+ years of job-related experience.
· Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant discipline.
· Familiarity with Building Management System (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) control systems and data collection/trending.
· Highly proficient in written and spoken English (CEFR C1).
· Very good command of German (CEFR B2).
Shift Details:
· Shifts are 12.5 hours long (5:30 AM/PM - 6:30 AM/PM)
· Days are 3 on, 4 off, 4 on 3 off. For example, you could work Sunday - Tuesday, be off Wednesday - Saturday, and then work Sunday - Wednesday, be off Thursday - Saturday.
· Both day and night shifts are available.

Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Second Shift)
Fresh Baguette bakery is expanding its Maintenance team to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises and machinery for our two production centers and eight stores. Maintenance tasks will range from HVAC installations, walk-in cooler/freezer, oven, mixer, to plumbing, etc.
We are seeking to have a first and second shift for our facilities and are looking for second shift technicians.
Responsibilities:
Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary.
Oils and lubricates moving parts on machines to ensure effective performance.
Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts.
Installs replacement parts for machines.
Identifies the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines.
Repairs broken machines quickly and efficiently.
Prepares reports documenting work performed.
Cleans, organizes, inventories, stocks, and otherwise maintains shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.
Upgrade equipment.
Coordinates with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines.

FV-F DUTIES:
As an Aerospace Engineering Technician, performs basic, progressively more difficult assignments under the close direction of a supervisor, team leader, on-the job training instructor, or a more experienced employee.
Applies basic technical knowledge applicable to learning the various aspects in direct support of the NAS to assist more experience employees. Assists with various projects, gathering technical data, evaluating/formulating safety procedures and material requirements for assigned projects. Assists more experienced employees with analyzing, trouble-shooting electronic, electrical, mechanical systems and components on aircraft.
As training progresses, receives instruction in troubleshooting and analyzing aircraft mechanical and electrical discrepancies on various agency aircraft models and performing aircraft modification functions which involves technical work on mechanical, electronic, and/or avionics components. Develops a good working knowledge of FAA policies and procedures pertaining to (i.e. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), facility, system, and equipment security, and 14 CFR 5 Safety Management System (SMS), 14 CFR 135 Air Carrier and Operator Certification, 14 CFR Repair Station and 14 CFR 121 Air Carrier Certification.).
Applies basic technical knowledge and limited experience to accomplish assignments associated with various general and specialized trade skills, such as cleaning the interior and exterior of the aircraft to include preparing cleaning products, discharging waste, performing cleaning by hand or tolls, and disinfecting restroom. Uses state of the art computerized diagnostic equipment and specialized test equipment to analyze and resolve performance discrepancies on Flight Program Operations aircraft and flight inspection platforms in direct support of the National Airspace System (NAS). Troubleshoots and analyzes aircraft mechanical and electrical discrepancies on various agency aircraft models to include e.g. (Beechcraft King Air series e.g. 90, 200, 300), Bombardier CL-600 series, or Learjet 60. Performs aircraft modification functions which involves technical work on mechanical, electronic, and/or avionics components. Duties require knowledge of: the principles of aerodynamic properties, aircraft mechanical systems, electricity and electrical circuits; troubleshooting aircraft systems, special tools and mechanical equipment; and characteristics of corrosion treatment and protection of aircraft surfaces. This position requires a valid FAA Aircraft & Powerplant Certificate (A&P).
Applies experience and detailed technical knowledge of the applicable discipline at the full performance level as well as applicable procedures and policies. Prepares technical documentation in accordance with regulations to ensure compliance with Flight Program Operations maintenance program and agency policy. Utilizes technical expertise in accordance with federal certification standards to determine the airworthiness of aircraft of specialized aviation platforms; performs research of technical data, regulations, and directives for use, evaluation, and resolution and specific functional problems. Responsibilities:
Working a daily shift (M-F, 6:00am - 2:30pm), performs journey level work in the installation, modification, repair and replacement of Mason's DDC (Direct Digital Control) systems and equipment, using necessary safety equipment, hand tools, ladders, and testing equipment. Required Education and Experience:
* High School graduate or GED.
* Building Automation System Certification in hardware, software, system architecture layout/ requirement and application front/ back end operation.
* 2 to 3 years operation experience on computerized building automation/BAS field devices troubleshoot experience, capable to read BAS system control diagrams/shop drawings.
* 3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC system operation, repair and component trouble shooting.
* Working understanding of HVAC system principles, sequences of operations.
* Ability to read and understand Engineer's drawings, specifications and Manufacturer's Installation, Operation and Maintenance manuals.
* Working knowledge of BAS point's types (Analog & Digital Inputs & Outputs), FLN devices, BLN modular control components.
* Working understanding of IP based networks & communications, relational databases, Excel, Access and MS word.

* LEED Green Associates or Certified Energy Manager certification.

Job Description (MCAF ATC Communications Electronics Technician):
Marine Corps Air Facility (MCAF) Quantico, Virginia has a requirement for Flight Clearance and Air Traffic Control Maintenance services in support of air traffic operations to and from the United States Marine Corps Quantico Air Facility. MCAF Quantico's mission is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of Marine Corps Air Facility Quantico, Virginia, by providing comprehensive airfield services.
Duties of the Communications Electronics Technician include but not limited to:
Provide planned / preventive and corrective maintenance and training, as well as provides maintenance administration on all assigned communications systems that support Air Operations
• Perform planned / preventive maintenance and daily operational checks in accordance with the MCIEAST-MCB CAMLEJO 3721.1 and OPNAVINST 4790.4.
Perform corrective maintenance in accordance with the MCIEAST-MCB CAMLEJO 3721.1 and verify correct certifying ground inspections values and data on FAA flight inspectable systems in accordance with the NAVAIR 00-80T-114 and OPNAVINST 3721.5.
Obtain required qualifications and provides NAALS systems training, On the Job Training (OJT), and submits qualification recommendations to newly assigned Electronics Technicians in accordance with the MCIEAST-MCB CAMLEJO 3721.1.
Perform required administrative functions such as ensuring maintenance data collection forms, inspections reports, training documentation, maintenance reports, maintains facilities status reports, Work Center logbooks, equipment forms, supply documentation, and training materials are completed and recorded in accordance with CAMLEJO 3721.1, OPNAVINST 3721.5, OPNAVINST 4790.4, and NAVAIR 00-80T-114.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess a Secret Clearance or previously held a Secret Clearance which has expired (not revoked).
Must successfully complete an initial indoctrination training program and recurring systems proficiency evaluation, as needed, in accordance with MCIEAST-MCB CAMLEJO 3721.1 and OPNAVINST 3721.1. The initial indoctrination training and recurring system proficiency evaluations are government-provided.
Must possess the following system certifications:
AN/FYC-22 Visual Information Display System,
AN/FSC-127 Enhanced Terminal Voice Switch (ETVS), and CM-300 Radios.
These certificates of completion must be from a recognized formal training facility, such as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), FAA, or military technical training center.
Must have three (3) years of working knowledge and experience with the following systems: AN/FYC-22 Visual Information Display System, AN/FSC-127 Enhanced Terminal Voice Switch (ETVS), and CM-300 Radios.
Must present a certificate from the DOD or FAA electronics course or an approved accredited electronics certification program.
• Must have five (5) years of experience working with the following:
experience maintaining Air Traffic Control systems.
repairing, overhauling, modifying Air Traffic Control systems including analog-to-digital interface systems.
isolating malfunctions by prescribed systems checking procedures, visual inspections, voltage checks, and other tests using a wide range of electronic test equipment.
assembling, installing, and repairing antenna systems, transmission lines, fiber optics, and RF waveguides.
performing corrosion control measures.
ensuring maintenance data collection forms, inspections and maintenance records are accurately complete.
maintain Facilities Status Records and update logbooks.
independently verifies operational condition of Air Traffic Control systems to be within prescribed parameters in accordance with applicable Technical Order/Manual or directive.
repair, adjust, and aligns systems to pass recertification and periodic flight checks;
repair, adjust and align for radar display in the Radar Air Traffic Control Facility (RATCF) and Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT).
• Must be Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) qualified and must maintain qualification for the contract duration.
Skills/Other Requirements:
• Show a history of working with little or no supervision
• Be capable of component level repairs requiring through-hole and surface mount soldering
• Be able to quickly learn to maintain unfamiliar systems with limited training.
• Have strong computer skills including familiarity with older Windows versions (3.1 and higher), DOS, MS Office; network administration experience a plus.
