Job Summary: The Automated Dispensing Technician maintains inventory & performs restocks to ensure our clients have an adequate supply of medication. Additionally, they visit clients and troubleshoot problems with the automated technology. This position acts as the point of contact for the automated dispensing system. Duties/Responsibilities: Maintain automated dispensing system inventory and restock on a daily basis. Visit customers to troubleshoot problems and perform audits of medication as necessary. Handle all automation related issues. Preparation of the finished prescription product, proper labeling including cautionary and auxiliary labels, as well as other light warehouse duties. Fill daily drug orders accurately and efficiently in a timely and prioritized manner, under the supervision of a pharmacist. Automated blister card packaging, canister maintenance, along with automation machine maintenance Pouch unit dose packaging Package materials and products manually. Assist in processing returned drugs and recycle/dispose per procedure. Assist in pre-packing frequently ordered medications, label, and stock, as needed during low volume times. Assist in shipping and preparing orders for delivery. Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA. Other duties as assigned; Job duties may vary depending on business needs. This hourly role follows the Scotts/Hawthorne step pay progression scale and typically starts at $32.90 per hour and is paid weekly. We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic who will join our Marysville, OH facility. Position starting at $32.90/hr. Our maintenance team operates under a 12 hour crew model. Hours will be 7p-7a. What you'll do in this role: * Working with flywheel, pneumatic systems and hydraulic presses or assembly equipment, troubleshoots production machinery and equipment for electrical and mechanical malfunctions. Assists in the teardown and rebuild of machines. * Performs scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and periodic inspections on production machinery and equipment. Lubricates and cleans parts. Adjusts devices positions and controls. * Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements. Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections. Troubleshoots mechanical failures. Repairs or places defective parts. Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. Installs parts into devices. Starts devices to determine their performance. * Maintains spare parts inventory. Orders parts. Computer work as workload dictates. * Keeps an accurate record of work performed. * Performs other routine duties as necessary. * Keeps work areas clear and free of debris. * Adheres to safety rules and ergonomic practices. The perfect person will have: * High School Diploma or Equivalent * 3-5 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. * Must have knowledge of injection molding equipment, flywheel and hydraulic presses or assembly equipment. * Must have basic computer skills, hydraulics and pneumatics aptitude. * Must read and interpret Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical schematics. * Mechanical troubleshooting skills, electrical troubleshooting skills. * Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on as needed basis. * Must be able to stand, sit, walk, stoop and bend for extended periods of time. * Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. * Must be able to work the required shift.
