You will help identify and implement AI and advanced analytics capabilities and push Medbridge forward into our future as an insights company, driving outcomes for patients, clinicians and organizations alike. Responsibilities Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for Medbridge's patient reported outcomes platform. Lead cross-functional delivery - work hand-in-hand with a team of engineers, designers, and analysts to turn high-level requirements into shippable features on schedule. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to design and implement scalable, robust, and accurate data solutions, identifying and integrating disparate data sets to create a cohesive and comprehensive data environment. Translate complex data uses, relationships, and customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements documents, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance/quality criteria for new features and products. Data visualization - Create intuitive, purpose-driven visualizations that surface insights across multiple use cases. Partner with head of AI, engineering, and analytics teams to identify, define, and implement AI and advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and customer insights. Own data governance & quality - champion rigorous data-validation, privacy, and compliance processes to ensure the integrity of patient-reported outcomes used for benchmarking and reporting. Drive performance measurement - define success metrics, set up dashboards, and continuously monitor adoption, accuracy, and impact of the PRO solutions. Qualifications 5 years and above Product Manager experience Healthcare experience ideally with patient reported outcomes, but minimally roles that required deep understanding of clinical workflows, outcomes measurement, or health-system operations. Data-savvy product leader - proven ability to design, ship, and iterate on data-heavy products, with comfort discussing statistical methods, risk-adjustment models, and benchmarking frameworks. Technical fluency - hands-on experience building meaningful analysis and visualizations for stakeholders. Familiarity with SQL, data-modeling, data pipelines, and analytics dashboard development. Strategic thinker & storyteller - can distill complex clinical concepts into compelling product narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience collaborating directly with customer decision makers and their teams. Team player who thrives in dynamic, outcomes-driven environments. Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technology and concepts clearly. Nice to haves Direct experience with Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (e.g., PROMIS, SANE, KOOS, HOOS, etc.) Exposure to risk-adjustment methodologies and health-economics modeling. Prior work in health-tech startup environment. Data management/governance experience. Familiarity with machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
