Client Services Coordinator Responsibilities:

Manage scheduling operations: Create and maintain therapy schedules, communicate updates to families and staff, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure optimal coverage and client care.
Provide family communication and support: Act as a trusted liaison for families, addressing questions and concerns with empathy while ensuring timely updates on services, reauthorizations, and progress.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams: Work closely with the Clinical Director, BCBAs, and leadership to ensure smooth transitions, effective coordination, and a positive clinic culture.
