Ken Young is an accomplished executive with a time-tested record of successful business performance. As the President and Chief Executive Officer of Medecision, he blends insightful business acumen with strategic planning and leadership to drive change and organizational improvements for growth. His expertise extends across diverse industries, including healthcare technology (ERP and SaaS), life sciences, manufacturing and professional services.

Tal Weitzman is an EVP, Chief Information Officer at Medecision and is based in Boca Raton, Florida. He has worked as Project Manager Consultant at BANK OF AMERICA CORP /DE/, Transformation Consultant at Medecision, and Director of Quality Assurance at Cigna Holding Co. Tal works or has worked as Transformation Consultant at Vidyo and President at TWCS LLC. He attended The Johns Hopkins University between 1989 and 1993.

Terri Steinberg is a Group SVP of Analytics & Population Health & Chief Medical Officer at Medecision.

Carol Helton is a SVP & Chief Growth & Product Officer at Medecision.

Deb oversees the Company’s mission to lead the digital transformation of healthcare through consumer engagement solutions that help health plans and care delivery organizations manage and care for their members, patients and caregivers. Deb is a proven business transformer, having built her career as an entrepreneur founding and leading healthcare technology companies including operational and leadership experience in start-up and growth businesses in the analytics, financial and clinical sectors of healthcare IT.

Under her leadership, Medecision has evolved since its beginnings as a powerful care management workflow engine for health plans, into a market-leading provider of big data, visualization, workflow and engagement solutions, as noted by Gartner and IDC. Recently, Medecision acquired a boutique consulting business (Aveus) to help the company’s clients transform their own models and operations as well. In 2017, Medecision acquired the AxisPoint Health platform business, including more than 50 new clients.

Medecision is trusted by 25 percent of the top 5 Health Systems, 40 percent of physicians and 80 percent of the top 10 health plans to engage consumers through the delivery of precise insights about population and individual risk, engagement triggers and evidence-based interventions for 50 million U.S. consumers.

Before joining Medecision and enabling the movement to liberate healthcare, Deb was an early team member at Truven Healthcare (then MEDSTAT) and served as CEO of several venture-backed healthcare IT firms. These included SolutionPoint®, Inc., a provider of database management and support software products for hospitals and integrated delivery systems as well as GTESS Corporation, a SaaS-provider of claims automation solutions for healthcare payers, and RosettaMed (acquired by Kryptiq), an electronic medical record patient intake application.
