Food Handling, Preparation and Storage of Concession Menu Items: * Prepare and store concession menu items and proper storage. * Must follow all food preparation guidelines including cross-contamination policies and proper food storage. * Prepare menu items as trained, following the required health department codes. * Properly store all concession products according to training manual and code. * Wear proper safety gloves, hair netting/hat, shoes.
