    Compression Specialist medi USA is growing, and we need you to join the team i n Cleveland, OH medi is a market leader in medical devices and is looking for folks ready to operate in a professional environment to service medi's USA's expanding business needs. The Compression Specialist will assist our Territory Business Managers and Clinical Educators in providing comprehensive care including measuring, fitting, and educating patients and clinicians on compression solutions. This position will establish new opportunities by building referrals within the hospital setting, develop and manage relationship with clinicians to differentiate product offering and drive orders. The position will also work in conjunction with medi's local and national DME providers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Evaluate, measure and fit patients for ready to wear & custom compression garments. Utilize medi vision as well as traditional type measuring Provide demo and patient set up for medi's compression pump offering Educate patients and clinicians on the use and maintenance of medi's compression solutions. Act as a liaison and communicate effectively with clinicians, patients and DME provider Communicate with clinicians to retrieve missing or required documentation for compression garments or pumps Travel throughout established region balancing time in-clinics with clinicians and patients to support market growth. Produce a monthly report on clinic activity related to specific account list. Maintain and coordinate a fitting schedule at key clinics to manage patient visits. Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required 2+ years experience in face-to-face patient/customer service Demonstrated capability in education of customer and sales personnel Knowledge of compression and experience with measuring is preferred Ability to work with a variety of personality types Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office Adaptability to new processes and technology Ability to read and interpret medical terminology and basic anatomy Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills Willingness to travel as needed Benefits As a Compression Specialist, you will receive comprehensive training to familiarize you with our medical product lines and with our sales system. Supports the Lead E-commerce Specialist by fulfilling items that are only inventoried in Cleveland. Works with the MSC warehouse staff to fulfill these items. Catalog Management Add, remove, and maintain products in online catalog. Add, review, and modify product descriptions to ensure effective descriptions and unique content, including features and benefits. Ensure proper pictures are displayed and manufacturer hyperlinks are current. Customer Service support: Ensures phone coverage with the other members of the e-commerce team, checks voice mail, and returns customer calls to support order management, returns and questions about orders and products. Reporting support: Pulls new customer and inventory reports working with the other e-commerce team members to ensure reporting is accurate and timely. Marketing: Request fulfillment: Logs into the MSC ordering portal (Vorex) to check requests. Routes marketing requests to Marketing Director through the MSC ordering portal. Coordinates printing and shipping of approved marketing collateral for sales and other areas of organization to the printer vendor (that is not available on the POD site). Event asset fulfillment: Assist in shipping event materials and maintaining log to ensure timely delivery and return of show items including tabletop accessories, pop up signage and giveaways. MSC employee and customer project fulfillment: Internal and external marketing communications initiatives for MSC employees, JSM attendees/speakers and other fulfillment requests. Works with Marketing Director and VP of Sales, Marketing & Ecommerce to execute project fulfillment requests. Works with the MSC warehouse staff to execute project fulfillment requests.     Cook Reports to: Dining Services Supervisor/Executive Chef Hours: Full Time and Part Time Hours available, 11a-7:30p including every other weekend and holiday. Qualifications Experienced as a cook in health care desirable, preferably long-term care. Completion of food service sanitation course or in-services desirable. Ability to follow oral and written directions. Essential Functions 1. Handle and prepare food. 2. Prepare food, which is palatable and appetizing in appearance. 3. Follow oral and written directions. 4. Follow written menus and recipes. 5. Understand therapeutic diets. 6. Prepare food items in accordance with therapeutic diets. 7. Responsible for avoiding food waste. 8. Assume responsibility for meeting meal schedules. 9. Responsible for use and care of food service equipment. 10. Work cooperatively with food service staff and other departments. 11. Attend in-service training programs for Dining Services staff members. 12. Observe infection control procedures. 13. Observe all facility safety policies and procedures. 14. Maintain required records for substitutes, food temperatures and cooler temperatures. 15. Relate to residents, families and other staff in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner. 16. Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality. 17. Accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner. 18. Assume accountability for data contained in the Staff Handbook. 19. Assume responsibility of supervisor when Dining Services Supervisor and Director are not present. 20. Perform simple arithmetic and units of measurement conversions used in food preparation. 21. The Medical Equipment Technician will make deliveries within the surrounding area. Responsibilities and Duties: Determines with the Dispatch Coordinator the best daily route of the manifest for delivery of orders and pickup of equipment, and communicates with the Dispatch Coordinator on the completion of each stop. Verifies and loads staged orders as prescribed on the work order for delivery, and unloads picked up equipment at completion of route. Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience when dealing with customers, providing customer orientation, instructing on the proper use of equipment, and working with customers to solve a variety of problems. Completes delivery and pickup paperwork promptly and accurately, returning paperwork to the appropriate facility personnel. Performs daily maintenance on assigned vehicle. Participates in on-call rotation as scheduled Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited high school or GED equivalence. Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements: Experience with HME delivery experience a plus Be at least 21 years of age with an excellent driving records Excellent communication and customer relation skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills (a team player). Clean and neat in personal appearance. Good physical condition with ability to lift 100 pounds. Must pass the HPE (Human Performance Evaluation) test.

Communicates with the customer's physician on changes in the customer's condition and/or needs and carries out adjustment to the customer's Plan of Care/Treatment. Completes customer accounts paperwork, including Plan of Care/Treatment, Equipment Contact forms and assessments, and discharge plans for respiratory customers as needed per policy. Qualifications: Education: Proof of a current Respiratory Therapist license, in good standing, in the State local to the requisition. Must hold and maintain current NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care) credential(s) as required for the position. Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements: Have a willingness to obtain additional state licensure as requested. Thorough knowledge and skill related to respiratory care field. Ability to understand respiratory implications of industry change. Excellent communication (orally and in writing), telephone and customer relation skills. Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills (a team player). Normal office/clerical motor skills in addition to extensive computer and telephone usage Driving could be required. Must possess a valid driver's license.
