The Role and What You'll Do:
Zuffa Boxing is seeking a creative and strategic Social MediaCoordinator to manage day-to-day posting, craft compelling content, and drive key brand initiatives across our social platforms. You Have These:

Job Overview

THE ROLE
Your mission is to capture the soul of Mothership Coffee in real time.
Youll be filming on your phone, editing short videos, taking photos, talking to baristas, resharing customer content, engaging online, and staying ahead of trends. Youll help amplify what makes our brand so special the people, the emotion, the culture, and the everyday moments that deserve to be highlighted.
This role blends creativity, organization, and connection. Youll work closely with the COO, caf teams, and marketing department to build a digital presence that feels warm, real, and uniquely Mothership.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Real-Time Content Creation
Capture photos and videos directly from our cafs, team gatherings, events, and production spaces.
Edit short-form videos using CapCut and create branded visuals using Canva.
Identify moments that represent our values kindness, community, female empowerment, coffee passion and turn them into content.
Trend Discovery & Adaptation
Keep a pulse on TikTok and Instagram trends.
Quickly identify which trends fit our brand and execute fast, on-brand versions.
Suggest fresh ideas that highlight the daily life of Mothership Coffee.
Community Engagement & Curation
Curate user-generated content from customers, baristas, and partners.
Reshare stories, repost tags, highlight guest experiences, and uplift our communitys voice.
Build connections with customers who create content and encourage a strong digital community.
Content Organization & Posting Support
Maintain organized content libraries using Google Drive and iCloud Photos.
Keep Asana tasks and content workflows up to date and aligned with marketing calendars.
Brand & Culture Alignment
Ensure all content reflects Motherships warm, empowering, inclusive brand.
Represent our cafs with authenticity, positivity, and respect.
Collaborate with baristas and caf teams to capture real moments not staged or corporate-feeling footage.
Work collaboratively with team members to uplift stories from all corners of the company.

13 years of experience in marketing, social mediacoordination, or digital content creation.
This role requires on-site work at our Las Vegas and Henderson, NV cafs.
