In areas where Mediacom services are not available, a reimbursement of internet/cable services are provided! * Education Enrichment up to $5,000 per year for qualified employees! * Employee Wellness Program Position Responsibilities: * Maintain all inventory in a secure and orderly manner with appropriate controls as outlined in the company's inventory control guidelines. * Test, input, and record, the various status moves, of all CPE (customer premise equipment), into the computerized tracking system. * Transport inventory materials and/or customer premise equipment (CPE), via company delivery vehicle, to other warehouse or office locations as instructed by Warehouse management personnel. * Perform regular inventory audit counts (cycle counts) to maintain accurate inventory. * Investigate history, if necessary, to determine reason for discrepancies, if any, between inventory records and actual physical inventory and recommends action to resolve such discrepancies. * Distribute supplies and equipment, upon authorized request, and return them to proper location after use. * Perform shipping and receiving functions, including lifting and carrying loads of up to 70 pounds. * Review records for accuracy and compliance with established company procedures, to determine adequacy of inventory levels. * Prepare equipment for shipment to various locations, such as repair facilities, fulfillment distribution center and company office locations. * Lift and carry loads of up to 70lbs. * Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: * High school diploma or GED required. * 1-3 years' experience working in a warehouse environment preferred. * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and implications in the implementation of job duties/responsibilities. * Ability to show sound judgment and initiative to accomplish assigned duties/responsibilities without close supervision. * Ability to communicate effectively with other personnel. * Ability to develop and implement record-keeping processes/procedures. * Ability to drive sit-down and stand-up forklifts and other industrial vehicles such as cherry-pickers and automated pallet jacks. * Intermediate computer skills including use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Oracle and CSG Billing. * Valid driver's license; satisfactory driving record. * Must be able to pass DOT physical (as needed). Position Responsibilities: * Perform daily activities consistent with all elements of the sales cycle including face to face meetings, telephone prospecting, cold calls, needs analysis, proposal creation, sales presentations, and management of advertising campaigns. * Actively read, learn, and stay curious about successful advertising strategies using digital and linear advertising campaigns. * Create multi-channel advertising campaigns and creative strategies for local business owners, advertising agencies and key decision makers. * Responsible for achieving monthly revenue goals. * Complete all sales related paperwork including reports, traffic, credit applications, and various reports as required. * Requires regular attendance to report to work per assigned work schedule. * Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Creativity and drive to imagine digital and linear advertising campaigns for retail and B2B customers. * One to three years of B2B/direct or outside/field sales experience, preferred. * Must be sales driven, success driven, a team-player with a people-oriented value structure. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Business casual professional attire * Proficient with computer software and technology. * Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. * Must be willing and able to travel on a local basis utilizing your own vehicle. * Ability to perform all the duties and responsibilities as described. What You'll Do: * Operate the multi-channel Master Control room, managing live events, playlists, graphics, and automation systems. * Maintain seamless broadcasts by preparing, monitoring, and adjusting playlists in real time. * Execute precision switching for live news and sporting events. * Monitor on-air feeds to ensure content matches programming schedules and meets technical standards. * Ingest, record, and prepare content for broadcast with a strong focus on accuracy and timing. * Ensure proper routing of video sources and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed. * Keep detailed logs and documentation on air discrepancies, timing, and run times. * Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and management to support smooth shift transitions. * Stay sharp and adaptable in a mission-critical, fast-moving environment. What We're Looking For: * Experience in Master Control operations or broadcast environments (1+ year preferred). * Familiarity with live event production, news switching, and local station workflows is a plus. * Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple feeds and priorities. * Understanding of broadcast technology including automation systems, switchers, servers, and signal monitoring tools. * Knowledge of industry standards related to audio, video, closed captioning, and loudness compliance. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. * Willingness to work any shift in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays. * Experience with Amagi CLOUDPORT or similar cloud-based playout systems is a strong plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
