Whether serving as the CEO, Chairman of the Board, CTO or GM my focus has been on setting strategy, managing business operations, and bringing great products to market. A typical day for me would include creating a business plan and accompanying financial model, working with the team on creating functional specifications, selling to a Fortune 500 CIO, and pitching to an institutional investor.

For over ten years, Mike has helped leading entertainment companies such as Sony Music, Sony Pictures, Comcast, Time Warner, MTV, Nickelodeon, Showtime Networks and Clear Channel build their digital entertainment systems and businesses. Mike's broad experience in digital entertainment ranges from leading the media and entertainment vertical for a major web integrator and building the infrastructure for digital entertainment at Sony Music to establishing a semantic web start up as the leader in its space. Mike holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from MIT.

Kent brings more than 25 years of experience in formulating business strategies and managing finance and operations for a variety of venture-backed technology companies. Kent has successfully led companies through profitable growth, capital acquisition and liquidity events. Prior to Knoa, Kent served as the CFO at the following companies: Liazon Corporation, an insurance benefits exchange; GridApp Systems, a provider of enterprise database automation software; IGA Worldwide, an in-game advertising company; Ejasent, an enterprise software company; Driveway Corporation, a provider of online file management and storage; Fabrik Communications, an email outsourcing company; Optimal Networks, an enterprise software tools company; AirSoft, a provider of remote access software; and XA Systems Corporation, a provider of development software tools, which he co-founded. Mr. Jarvi started his career at Arthur Andersen Consulting after graduating from Michigan State University with an M.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in Business.
