Nick Galassi is the CFO and COO at Mediaocean. He oversees all accounting and finance, legal, and recruiting for Mediaocean's global operations. Prior to his current role, Nick was President, Agency Systems, where he oversaw all engineering and development, infrastructure, product management, and professional services across Mediaocean's global Agency Systems business. He comes to Mediaocean from his role of President of Agency Systems at MediaBank, one of Mediaocean’s two founding companies along with Donovan Data Systems. Prior to MediaBank, Nick was CFO of InnerWorkings, Inc., a leading global provider of managed print and promotional solutions, where he was instrumental in the company’s successful 2006 IPO. Nick graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame, and is a CPA.

Stephanie Dorman is Chief People Officer at Mediaocean. She oversees learning and development, employee relations, talent acquisition, and diversity, equity, and inclusion across Mediaocean’s global community. Previous roles at the company include EVP/GM, Lumina and Customer Experience and SVP, Client Services, where she oversaw product management, engineering, account management, customer support, training, and project services organizations.

Stephanie’s deep experience in business transformation and operational excellence, garnered through her tenure at both Right Media, a Yahoo! company, and Bloomberg LP, encompasses every aspect of business management and client services. Stephanie holds MA degrees in Corporate Communications and in Education, and is certified in change management. She resides in New Jersey, and is a proud mom of one, step-mom of four, and beagle mom of two.

My passions are delivering products that customers love, building high performance teams and enabling growth. Led product teams in growth-stage (Mediaocean, 4C Insights, Vubiquity), startup (co-founded & scaled Mixpo) and global companies (Microsoft/MSN). I’ve learned over the years, and still iterating, how to execute effectively across the product lifecycle with end-to-end accountability - vision and strategy definition, finding product-market-fit, continuous iteration and keeping teams aligned. Known for an entrepreneurial DNA, deep customer focus, growth/learning mindset, data-driven decision-making and a no-ego collaborative style.
