How You'll Contribute

+ Posting of charges, payments and submits secondary claims

+ Enter authorizations and referrals

+ Enters Shared Risk patient information into Artworks and Mysis

+ Follow up on accounts receivable, authorizations and referrals

+ Filing, purging and management of patient charts

+ Coordinates daily outgoing mail for the Patient Financial Services Department

+ Orders departmental supplies and copier/fax supplies

+ Maintains office equipment in good working condition

+ Accurate data entry and adherence to deadlines is required

+ Supports Patient Financial Services department s by coordinating the completion of typing, editing, proofing and filing as requested. Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, etc. Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information. Copying and faxing of documents

+ Organizes and scans all daily encounter forms, credit card receipts and credit card summaries
