Position Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED required. LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION: Currently certified as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) by the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) required. If certified by another accrediting agency, AAMA or NHA certification must be obtained within six (6) months of employment. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of employment. TRAITS & SKILLS: Must be self-directed / self-motivated; must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
