About the role:

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute:
· You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.
· You will screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
· You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
· You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures.
· You will be there for our donors, which includes working a variety of shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays.
What you bring to Takeda:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift

Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour MedicalAssistant to support the practice onsite Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm.

There is active physician recruitment underway to support continued growth and expanded access to care. Currently, providers in this practice include locum physicians who split their time between the hospital and outpatient setting. The clinic is currently seeing patients 2-3 days per week, with plans to expand to a full 5-day schedule in the future. On non-clinic days, the MA dedicates time to administrative duties. On clinic days, the provider will see an average of 15 patients, primarily caring for individuals with wounds and post-operative amputations. Responsibilities in this role include dressing changes, wound care management, and close collaboration with surgeons to support patient recovery and continuity of care.
The role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow. This role involves direct interaction with patients to ensure their comfort and address concerns, as well as collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to facilitate efficient care.
