This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about supporting dental education environments. Key Responsibilities Essential Functions Prepare and supply sterilized instruments and equipment to residents. (25%) Provide chair-side assistance to faculty, residents, and hygienists. (15%) Dispense dental supplies and equipment to support efficient treatment. (15%) Monitor inventory and prepare requisitions for supplies. (6%) Prepare clinic for daily operations: clean cubicles, stock supplies, refresh sterile water. (10%) Nonessential Functions Verify patient payments for procedures and specialty items. Administer vaccines and/or medications per valid prescriber orders. Provide patient education regarding COVID symptoms, prevention, testing and when to report to the Emergency room. Reconcile the lab specimen with the patient's laboratory order and batch order in preparation for laboratory pick-up.
