Provide leadership to the members of the medical staff team. Serve as the Medical Director for assigned facilities. Clinical Duties and Responsibilities: Examine patients to obtain information about their physical condition. Order and interpret diagnostic test results. Applies clinical knowledge, and evidence/science-based medicine guidelines to evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment plans for a variety of clinical ailments within the scope of independent practice, including prescribing and referring patients as appropriate. Obtain, compile and record patient medical data, including health history, progress notes and results of physical examination. Administer or order diagnostic tests, such as x-ray, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests. Prescribe therapy or medication. Instruct and educate patients about prescribed therapeutic regimens, emotional problems of daily living, and health maintenance. Order medical and laboratory supplies and equipment. Documentation using EMR must be completed in a timely manner, labs signed the day received and paperwork signed. Qualifications Requirement: Must be a U.S. citizen or hold an appropriate Visa to apply. Must be eligible for or hold an unrestricted license in the state you choose to practice in. WA (Washington) AK (Alaska) - High Priority OR (Oregon) MT (Montana) - High Priority Possess or be eligible for a DEA license, NPI number, and have prescriptive authority.
