JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop literacy in building code, construction and technical language, construction materials, construction schedules, construction methodologies and standards.
Assist the superintendent in performing their day-to-day operations of building homes in high volume neighborhoods.
Work on punch lists.
Communicate effectively with trades and suppliers.
Check spec homes.
Maintain cleanliness of jobsites.
Coordinate with trades and homeowners for any post-closing punch list items.
Assist with warranty service, when needed.
Maintain a safe work environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

Knowledge of residential construction and experience in the industry is preferred.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and valid motor vehicle liability insurance are required. Position requires the employee to travel to different locations within an assigned area

Physical stamina is required because this position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, some climbing or balancing and carrying.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more.
Position is often exposed to various weather conditions (especially heat), loud noise, and vibrations.
This position is part time and does not include benefits. Typical hours range from 16-24 per week. 1. Productivity
* Determines blood donor eligibility by performing related testing, evaluating donor/patient medical history, assisting physicians with special tests and procedures, recruiting blood donors, and completing appropriate records pertaining to donations in a manner that ensures donor confidentiality. Participates in mobile and in-house blood bank operations and maintains donor stations where designated on a regular rotation. Separates blood components, pools platelets, and thaws frozen plasma for transfusion. Visits patients who have received blood during surgery in order to inform them about the hospital blood donation program.
* If applicable, performs noncomplex testing (i.e., sed rates) as well as directed testing (i.e., sweat testing) following SOPs.
* Receives and organizes specimens. Independently prioritizes workload.
* Investigates and takes responsibility for proper identification of each specimen. Processes specimens according to procedures (may involve centrifuging and aliquoting specimens). Sorts and tracks according to the appropriate performing laboratory, maintaining the integrity of the sample. If in Blood Bank, verifies label, boxes, ships and prepares documents for Recovered Plasma and filters Red Blood Cells to remove leukocytes.

* Quality is paramount in all aspects of daily functions and work processes to include specimen preparation, assaying, and result reporting in compliance with established policies and procedures toward promoting high quality health care standards. Performs quality control, instrument maintenance and check procedures, and maintains accurate and complete records of daily activities.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, especially psychiatry (inpatient or outpatient) strongly preferred
Dependability, professionalism, and strong customer service skills
Exceptional multitasking ability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience with scheduling-- preferred
Interpretting and utilizing excel -- preferred
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with psychiatric healthcare staff to support patient care
Maintain accurate records in our EMR system
Travel to patients homes, long-term care, or post-acute care facilities within a 50 mile radius
Record vitals, document medication lists, update medical history
Schedule NP Psychiatry visits, including: Telehealth and In-Person Visits
Perform various clinical and administrative support tasks as needed
