Coordinates and completes paperwork/forms as directed related to referral, health/school/sports, immunizations, excused from/return to work/school, childcare, and medication administration. Charts completion as required. Completes all assigned/required training within defined timelines. Demonstrates flexibility in assisting with support/coverage within the practice network.
