(4) Obtaining and recording patients' vital signs in the medical health records software. (5) Completing letter out referrals for orders. (6) Sending messages for prior authorizations for back braces. (7) Scheduling patients' next appointments. (8) Regularly monitoring voicemails and promptly returning phone calls to patients. (9) Regularly monitors EMR messages and responds in a timely manner. (10) Performs other related duties as assigned.
