Identify and correct inconsistencies or potential errors in documentation to support accuracy and reduce clinical risk. Record all relevant clinical data, lab results, and physician interpretations into the electronic health record or designated systems. Collect and organize data for quality improvement programs such as the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) and assist in preparing submissions. Assist in the development and management of provider schedules.
