Position Overview
All Med Staffing Inc. is hiring two (2) full-time Phlebotomists to provide on-site lab services at the Department of Veterans Affairs, White River Junction Medical Center. These positions support our nation's Veterans through high-quality, compassionate, and professional patient care.
Shift Details
Day shifts only - start times may vary between:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Note: Shifts may vary depending on lab needs. Weekend, holiday, and overtime work may be required, but no on-call or standby duties.
Responsibilities
Perform phlebotomy on inpatients, outpatients, Emergency Department patients, and STAT/timed draws
Conduct inpatient rounds and ensure timely blood collections
Process specimens and prepare for send-outs
Accurately identify patients and specimens in compliance with safety standards
Maintain confidentiality of all patient information
Troubleshoot and document any collection or processing issues
Provide courteous and professional care to all patients and stakeholders
Minimum Requirements

Phlebotomy Certification

What You'll Do:

Requirements

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse, active Vermont license
