Overview: The Medical Assistant will be working in the Family Medicine department and be responsible for rooming about 25 patients per day. The Boston Children's Hospital Dermatology Program provides care for children and adolescents with all forms of congenital and acquired disorders of the skin, nails, hair, and mucous membranes. The primary goal of the medical scribe is to reduce administrative burden on the physician, improve accuracy/timeliness of medical documentation, and optimize provider ability to spend more time interacting with patients.
