Job Description Performs a variety of office duties in assisting the physician in office procedures, patient communication, completing necessary paperwork, and scheduling and referring patients for tests and treatments. Alternatively performs functions of a clinic assistant, functioning under the direction, guidance, and supervision of a licensed physician or nurse, assisting in planning, providing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in coordination with other health disciplines.
