Vessel harvesting - open/bridging and endoscopic as well as tissue handling for vascular structures and wire skills in addition to openings and closures. Removal of medical devices: chest tubes, Swan-Ganz catheters, pacemaker wires, drains, intra-aortic balloon pumps Some common vascular surgeries include EVAR, TVAR, peripheral artery endarterectomy-carotid, iliac, femoral, peripheral artery bypasses, and AV fistula creation. Currently, approx. 100 hearts annually with opportunity to grow. Hospital and emergency department consults and inpatient rounding including ICU and step down.
