We have both part-time (2-3 shifts/week) and full-time (3-4 shifts/week) positions available with shifts varying from 8-12 hours depending on operational needs. Both require a minimum 3-month commitment. Position may require you to work at more than one location during a scheduled work week.

Clinical Assistant Job Description
* Accompany providers during patient visits to assist in documenting the provider assessment and exam
* Gain substantial knowledge in how to appropriately document patient history, physical exams, assessments, diagnostic results, medical procedures, treatment plans, medical opinions of consultants, diagnoses, medication/prescription information, and follow-up instructions
* Navigate the facility computer system and electronic medical record
* Monitor pending labs and radiology orders for results to help guide patient care
* Review past history and test results on patients which are critical in driving medical decisions by your provider

Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with procedures such as I&D, Lac repair, Ear irrigation, and other minor procedures
Prior experience working in multiple urgent care settings
Knowledge of Medicare Enrollment process and credentialing procedures
Flexibility to support multiple locations within a 60-mile radius
Preferred Education and Experience:
Active certification and licensing as applicable
At least 12 months of clinical experience in urgent care settings
Previous EMR training in Epic or similar systems
Other Requirements:
Must participate in mandatory onboarding and EMR training sessions scheduled on Wednesdays
Support staff includes center managers, medicalassistants, and offsite supervising physicians
No travel reimbursement; mileage reimbursement available
Ability to work across multiple urgent care locations within a 60-mile radius from your residence
Ability to pass clinical screening and credentialing process prior to first solo shift
