The Medical Assistant plays an integral role in the medical office acting as a patient advocate and liaison with physicians and nurses. Collaboration with the team is needed to update patients' electronic records, scheduling, and performing standard procedures such as blood draws and vitals. Primary Responsibilities: Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Assists patients to exam rooms and identifies needs for assistive devices such as wheelchairs.
