Both clinics focus on quality of care over productivity, with a low patient-to-provider ratio. Overview of Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of patient check-in and greeting. Prep charts and manage the daily appointment schedule. Maintain a clean and organized patient exam area. Communicate patient status and needs to clinicians. Assist with patient check-out and follow-up duties. Perform both clinical and administrative duties, including referrals, prior authorizations, scheduling, and phone calls.
