Manage patient check-in by ensuring charts are prepared, medical records are available, patient information is current, and required paperwork is complete. Interview patients, obtain and document vital signs, and record the reason for visit. Explain procedures, perform treatments, and administer prescribed medications as directed. Support patient check-out by scheduling follow-up appointments, collecting co-payments when applicable, and ensuring documentation is complete. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments. Reconcile co-payments at the end of each day in accordance with clinic procedures. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two (2) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Medical Assistant certificate / certification from an accredited training program required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills may be required, depending on location or patient population. Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis (TB) test is required. Phlebotomy background is strongly preferred. Compensation: $24.00 to $36.00
