Patient Flow & Experience Support patient intake by reviewing charts, prepping files, and ensuring all documentation is ready for the provider. Help manage efficient patient flow by organizing charts and anticipating provider needs. Relay treatment notes to the front desk for proper quoting, scheduling, and follow-up. Quality & Record Keeping Proofread all chart entries to ensure clarity, completeness, and correct terminology. Track ongoing treatment plans and ensure continuity across visits. Maintain accurate digital files, before-and-after photo documentation, and consent forms. Communication & Collaboration Partner closely with injectors, estheticians, and clinical staff to coordinate care. Communicate documentation needs or missing information with the provider. Qualifications Required Must be a medical professional, NP or PA Demonstrated excellence in real-time clinical documentation and strong command of medical terminology.
