Job Summary Core to the ArchWell Health approach is to have a robust clinical care team focused on the needs of our members. Care teams are responsible for delivering excellent and compassionate primary care and coordinating the care of our members with the broader healthcare delivery system. The Medical Assistant - Internal Float (MA-Float) is a critical role to flexibly support our members and their families from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave the centers. The MA-Float may be asked to serve in front office or direct patient care activities, depending on center and member needs. This role supports the PCP day-to-day and ensure efficiency in the care provided to patients. MAs work closely and collaboratively with their teammates to greet, schedule, and room ArchWell Health members. S/he will be expected to assist in assessing patient's health conditions, including performing routine diagnostic testing during appointments. The MA-Float may be asked to provide coverage outside of their primary center.     Job Summary & Responsibilities Correctional Facility Eloy, AZ FT DAYS \- 4, 10 hr shifts (0800\-1800) OR 5, 8 hr shifts\/wk (0900\-1700) $20.13 Hourly Certified Medical Assistant needed for contract position with potential for multiple extensions and ongoing MA shall provide services as permitted within the scope of practice for Medical Assistant (MA) Services in accordance with Institution\/Facility policies and procedures.
