Patient Intake & Documentation Room patients according to organizational policies and clinical workflows. Accurately and efficiently document patient information and care activities in the electronic medical record. Conduct telephone and in‑person intake to gather patient information following established guidelines, without independent clinical judgment. Coordinate patient care activities as directed by providers and in accordance with organizational standards. Clinic Operations & Support Organize, clean, and stock exam and treatment rooms to ensure readiness for patient care. Support daily clinic operations by maintaining supplies, equipment readiness, and a safe clinical environment. Follow Standard Delegation of Orders (SDO) and other clinical protocols consistently. Provide courteous, respectful, and professional interactions with patients, families, and team members. Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and privacy standards. Perform other related duties as assigned to support clinic operations.
