What Will You Do in This Role
Provide cost-effective equipment inspection, maintenance, calibration, and repair service on a variety of medical devices
Complete all paperwork and computer data entry accurately and promptly to ensure complete documentation for billing and required regulatory compliance.
Communicate with clinical staff on the topics of equipment features, functionality, etc.
What You Will Need for This Role
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license. Must have a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies.
Basic computer skills; understanding of computer networks and equipment interfacing.
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule.
Willing to travel periodically to support business needs.
Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities
Greets patients in a friendly, courteous manner and escorts our patients to exam rooms
Obtain the reason for the patient visit and review the patient's past medical history
Chart in the electronic medical record while the provider is examining and counseling the patient
Assist in skin biopsies and other dermatologic procedures during the visit
Provide appropriate paperwork to the patient including wound care instructions, prescriptions, handouts, and lab requisition forms, and give follow-up recommendations
Schedule follow-up appointments and procedures
Review pre-op instructions with patients
Assist with obtaining medication prior authorizations
Explain financial policies about appointment check-in time or missed/canceled appointments
Return patient phone messages and address any questions with the providers
Suture removals, wound checks, and dressing changes
Transfer prescription refill requests and lab results for provider review
Facilitate records release, obtain medical records, and facilitate referrals when necessary
Review pathology results recommendations and notify patients of results by mail or phone if needed of those results
Arrange for follow-up visits according to the provider's plan
Log results into EMR and follow them until completion
Other work includes: drawing up anesthetic, setting up sterile surgery trays, cleaning surgical tools, and running the autoclave
Keeps the Medicalassistant station and med room closet clean and organized as well as the patient rooms
Filing, scanning, copying, and printing as necessary
Adheres to policies, procedures, and protocols related to clinical dermatology services.
Assists in any other area that supports the team and practice
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent degree
Graduate from an accredited program as a Certified MedicalAssistant
Possess and maintain a current CPR/BLS certification or obtain CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire
Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Current Certified/Registered MedicalAssistant certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a dermatology office setting preferred.
Knowledge of common dermatology procedures and terminology and experience with electronic medical programs.
Understanding of Sterile technique and ability to assist in medical procedures including skin biopsies and excisions.
Computer skills and ability to use an iPad efficiently.

In this role you will be responsible for the safe administration of all prescribed medications and treatments as listed on the Medication Administration Record (MAR) and Treatment Administration Record (TAR), provides personal are and general nursing care to residents as needed or assigned, ensures delivery of care and services to all residents in the community to include Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), room cleanliness, scheduled activities and dining services and individual service plan need of each assigned resident.
Job Description
Responsible for supervision of self-administered medication for the Assisted Living Department in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines as directed by the LPN/LVN/RN and/or the Assisted Living Director/Health and Wellness Director.
Count and sign on approved form, all narcotics with approved personnel before accepting medication keys. Contact a supervisor immediately with discrepancies.
Order all necessary medication and treatments from appropriate pharmacy or notify responsible party when supply is no less than 7 days.
Notify supervisor when supply is less than 2 days and medicine hasn't been received.
Responsible for receiving and verifying all medicine received is accurate according to pharmacy label and MAR. Notifies pharmacy and DH&W of any discrepancies.
Responsible for proper storage of all medications and ensuring all lotions, ointments and liquids stored separately from oral medications.
Responsible for dating all appropriate vials or bottles at time of initial opening and following pharmacy protocol on length of time they can be used.
Responsible for weekly inspections of all medications to ensure all expired medications are removed.
Responsible for verifying all current MARs are compared to new MARs at change over time and notifying the supervisor of any discrepancies.
Responsible for removing all discontinued medication from med cart and giving it to the supervisor.
Provide personal care to residents to include, but not limited to, bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, incontinence care, and eating, etc.
Provide general nursing care to include, but not limited to, vital signs, temperatures, blood pressure, and weights.
Document appropriate information in the daily log as required and notify supervisor of all concerns.
Answer calls and assist residents with needs as assigned.
Responsible for daily cleaning of all medicine carts at end of shift and restocking as needed.
Responsible for weekly deep cleaning of all med carts.
Attend and participate in staff training and in-services.
Must maintain accurate records to include preparation of all medical charts for new admissions and readmissions and ensures medical record is complete within forty-eight (48) hours as Policy and Procedure (P&P) and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
Level of Formal Education: A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Years of Experience: 1+ months of experience
Type of Experience: Senior Living preferred
Special Certifications: Current Medication Technician certification depending on state regulations
Language Skills: Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond and communicate to emergency situations. Technical Competencies: Basic computer proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Skills and Ability:
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

observations & vital signs in progress notes.
? Maintains current record for each resident, ensuring physician orders are present and
in order, third-party provider notes are scanned and filed, and other updated/pertinent
resident information is updated/entered both electronically and hard copy per policies
& procedures.
? Serves meals to residents restaurant-style in the dining room and provides meal
delivery/room-service as requested.
? Performs other related duties as assigned.
