Front Desk & Reception • Welcome and check in patients, creating a warm and professional first impression. • Manage phone lines, appointment scheduling, confirmation calls, and general reception inquiries. • Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-friendly reception area. • Coordinate with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow and on-time scheduling. Administrative & Ad-Hoc Office Support • Assist with filing, billing, insurance documentation, and other administrative tasks as needed. • Provide support to the Office Manager with operational tasks such as forms, reports, or follow-ups. • Monitor and restock both clinical and administrative supplies. • Support the call center during slower clinical periods by scheduling consultations and responding to patient inquiries. • Step into front desk or general office roles during busy times, staff shortages, or special projects.
