Your student may have:A medical diagnosis that requires attentive supervision and additional adult intervention and/or Significant unsafe behaviors due to a behavior and/or emotional disability that requires the supervision of an adult to provide safe and nonviolent strategies to deescalate them.Unsafe behaviors may include aggression (verbally or physically) towards you and/or other staff and students such as cursing, biting, hair pulling, kicking, punching and/or pushing.May require supervision for medical conditions such a diabetes, seizures or require diapering and/or toileting assistance. Qualifications for the Paraprofessional HHA or CNA: You may be expected collaborate with teachers and other supporting staff when needed on behalf of your assigned student regarding behavior plans This is a full time job and it is important that you are committed to attending school to support your student. Hours range from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Extensive lateness and absences may result in termination from your position. Each school has a dress code that you expected to abide by.
