ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following: Executes therapeutic activities such as teaching exercises and applying modalities as directed by the supervising therapist, training is provided. Cleans, sterilizes, and prepares equipment in accordance with company policy and guidelines. Keeps current with laundry and maintains an adequate stock of supplies. Participates in front desk duties such as answering phones, scheduling patients, and other administrative tasks. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are required. Receive exposure and training in many unique rehabilitative modalities, including but not limited to: Cupping/myofascial decompression therapy Vibration technology including rapid release technology and purewave technology Myofascial release/MELT Method Normatec Pulse Technology Lumbar/cervical mechanical traction/decompression Neuro-Bio-Electric Stimulator (Neubie) Frequency Specific Microcurrent Participate in a rigorous 3-month training program including responsibility to learn specific exercises each week and accountability to apply modalities correctly. There will be weekly small group format quizzes and a 30-minute bi-weekly personal coaching meeting with a seasoned physical therapist.
