The Certified MedicalAssistant II is responsible for ensuring quality patient care by assisting physicians and other healthcare providers.
Essential Functions:
Greet and acknowledge patients in a professional and courteous manner.
Escort patients to exam rooms and ensure they are comfortable.

Perform and document accurate blood pressure, height and weight, and patient temperature.

Clean, disinfect, and sterilize medical instruments and ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked.
Provide information regarding procedures, medications, and follow-up care.
Respond to patient inquiries both in person and over the phone.
Assist with scheduling appointments and follow-up visits.
Understand how to appropriately perform Nonstress Test (NST)
Answer patient calls, address inquiries, relay messages to providers, and provide instructions or follow-up information as directed by providers. Ensure timely and accurate communication of patient needs and concerns.
Manage medical supply inventory by monitoring and maintaining stock levels of medical supplies, place orders as needed and ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to support clinical operations and avoid shortages.
Ensure patient safety within the clinical setting.
Work collaboratively with physicians, providers, nurses, and other staff to ensure efficient practice operations.
Upon successful completion of competency skills training, assist in office-based surgical procedures (Anything historically performed in an Operating Room and/or requiring moderate sedation or higher including but not limited to LEEP, operative hysteroscopy, ablations, and D&Cs with or without suction) by preparing the procedure room, ensuing the availability of necessary equipment, providing support to healthcare providers during the surgeries, and post-surgical processes including disinfection.
Oversee the orientation and training of new CMAs, ensuring they are familiar with clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and patient care procedures.
Safely and efficiently assist patients with mobility, including transferring them between examination rooms and treatment areas.
Ensures compliance with all Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's) and policies (including HIPAA & OSHA).
Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Adhere to practice policies, procedures, and protocols.
Serve as a role model in upholding the organization's mission, vision, and values. Consistently demonstrate ethical behavior and professionalism in all interactions. This APP role would be largely outpatient with on-call responsibilities. The office location would be in Parkesburg; however, travel would be required to Lancaster General Hospital on surgery days. This APP will oversee post-operative care in the outpatient setting, perform minor procedures such as joint injections, complete workup for new consultations to our practice as well as fulfilling the first assistant role in the OR approximately 2 days/week.
Hours: Fulltime (1.0 FTE), with hours generally falling between 7am - 5pm. The position includes rotating holiday coverage and 1 week of on-call on an every 6?8-week rotation.
Minimum Requirements:
Physician Assistant
Current licensure as a Physician Assistant by PA Board of Medicine.
Graduate of Accredited Physician Assistant training program.
Minimum one-year experience as a Physician Assistant is preferred.

The Medical Equipment Technician works under the guidance of a qualified Biomedical Equipment Technician or supervisor.

What Will You Do in This Role
Provide cost-effective equipment inspection, maintenance, calibration, and repair service on a variety of medical devices
Complete all paperwork and computer data entry accurately and promptly to ensure complete documentation for billing and required regulatory compliance.
Communicate with clinical staff on the topics of equipment features, functionality, etc.
What You Will Need for This Role
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license. Must have a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies.
Basic computer skills; understanding of computer networks and equipment interfacing.
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule.
Willing to travel periodically to support business needs.
Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time.

About the Certified MedicalAssistant Position
The MedicalAssistant (MA) is responsible for performing a variety of duties working collaboratively with the medical provider and care coordinators/site coordinator. The Administrative MedicalAssistant is responsible for gathering vital signs of clients who come to Community Services Group (CSG) provider locations, as well as maintaining the accuracy and integrity of client information and assisting with the administrative duties of the assigned provider location. As a member of the Mental Health Treatment (MHT) team, the Administrative MedicalAssistant will learn and be cognizant of the principles of Trauma Informed Care, Recovery and Resiliency, and Self-Determination in order to fulfill the duties of their role. Understanding and aligning with the reason for CSG's existence allows for the highest level of quality care to the individuals we serve. The Administrative MedicalAssistant reports directly to the Director of Outpatient Services.
This position is part of our Adult and Youth Mental Health (MH) Services Outpatient Services in Lancaster.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, day hours.

Job Description:
Welcomes individuals and visitors by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner and answering and referring inquiries appropriately.
Works directly with providers, nurses, and office support to ensure all aspects of the Telepsychiatry Program are addressed.
Sets up and secures televideo equipment as needed on a daily basis.
Interviews individuals to obtain medical information, vital signs, and anthropometric measurements.
Provides and reviews individual education materials to enhance quality of care and improve overall health.
Documents clinical information and response to educational materials in CSG's Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Maintains supplies and equipment and keeps the vital sign area and reception area neat and clean.
Promotes and assists individuals with enrolling in web and mobile tools such as my Strength and the CSG Patient Portal.
Optimizes individual and visitor satisfactions, as well as provider time by adhering to appointments in an accurate and timely manner and ensuring wait time is kept to CSG standards.
Keeps individual appointments on schedule by notifying the provider of client's arrival and ensuring wait time is kept to CSG standards.
Ascertains individuals' needs by anticipating clients' concerns and answering any questions.
Maintains individuals accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating demographic or health information.
Ability to maintain professional and respectful interaction with individuals and co-workers.
Qualifications:
This position requires one of the following combinations of education and experience:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college; OR a high school diploma or equivalency and a MedicalAssistant Certification from an accredited institution.

Education:
Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent; completion of a certified MedicalAssistant program is preferred
Current certification as a MedicalAssistant
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Experience and Qualifications:
