About the role:
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute:
· You will greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
· You will perform venipuncture of donors and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
· You will monitor donors during the donation process and manage donor reactions.
· You will perform all tasks required for the setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment within scope of training.
· You will install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on the plasmapheresis machines
· You will stock supplies, break down empty cartons and assist with proper disposal.
· You will take and record donor pulse, blood pressure, and temperature measures and monitor electronic donor questionnaire system.
· You will perform finger sticks, test sample, and record other donor measures to include hematocrit, total protein, and weight.
· You will enter donor information into the Donor Information System (DIS).
· You will coordinate donors to donor floor and compensate donors using the Debit Card system.
· You will support the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement, initiating changes to center processes through use of company approved procedures including 5S, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen.
What you bring to Takeda:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift

· Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees

Your Role
Coders
Perform accurate outpatient/professional and inpatient medical coding to address record backlogs across multiple specialties:
Primary care
General medical sub-specialties
Surgical sub-specialties
Ambulatory surgery
Observation and endoscopy procedures
Validate 100% of assigned encounters and ensure documentation supports diagnoses and procedures.
Review provider documents for accuracy and completeness, clarifying or correcting coding as needed.
Query providers using email and VA systems (VistA Integration Revenue and Reporting-VIRR) for documentation clarification.
Collaborate with clinicians and claims staff regarding coding and billing issues.
Maintain an accuracy rate of 95% or higher for CPT/HCPCS, E&M, and ICD-10-CM coding, following VHA/VA standards and guidelines (CMS, AMA CPT, ICD-10-CM/PCS, HCPCS).
Complete record coding within 7 calendar days.
ROI Technicians
Process requests for release of protected health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA, Privacy Act, and VA/VHA policies.
Review and validate all medical record release requests for accuracy and completeness.
Communicate with clinicians, requestors, and qualified providers to verify and complete requests.
Utilize VA electronic record systems, including VistA, CPRS, and eROI+.
Maintain strict confidentiality and security standards when processing records.
Ensure all releases meet required timelines (routine requests-20 business days or less).
What We're Looking For
U.S. citizenship and proficiency in English.
Coders: Minimum 3 years of continuous coding experience in a facility with a patient population comparable to VA.
ROI Technicians: At least 1 year of full-time experience handling release of information in a healthcare setting.
Certification for Coders is required: Must hold one or more of the following credentials:
Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT)
Certified Coding Specialist (CCS or CCS-P)
Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)
Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
Expertise in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS coding.

About the Role
As a Belmont Village Caregiver, you will provide hands-on personal assistance to a group of seniors living within our large Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The Caregiver role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail oriented, patient, caring and enjoys a high level of personal engagement with older adults.
Your Typical Daily Responsibilities
Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community
Encourage socialization and inspire participation in community activities while ensuring resident safety and well-being
Document care and services provided daily by following customized service plans and communicating to supervisor any observed changes in care needs
Ensure care, safety and cleanliness standards are met according to regulatory compliance
Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
Ability to work the defined schedule for this position which may include weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills and Characteristics
You have at least one year of direct care experience in an Assisted Living, Memory Care or Skilled Nursing community
You follow detailed instruction while working as part of a team to achieve a shared goal
You are self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
Hospital Corpsmen (HM) assist health care professionals in providing medical care to Navy personnel and their families. They may function as clinical or specialty technicians, medical administrative personnel and healthcare providers at medical treatment facilities. Specifically, Hospital Corpsmen may be called upon to:
Perform emergency medical treatment on SEALs, Seabees, Marines and other military personnel injured in the field, as well as on Sailors aboard ships or aircraft
Perform emergency dental treatment as well as construct dental crowns and bridges, process
dental X-rays and operate X-ray equipment
Serve as an operating room technician for general and specialized surgery
Help administer a wide range of preventive care and medications, including immunizations and intravenous fluids
Conduct physical examinations and assisting in the treatment of diseases and injuries
Maintain patient treatment records, conduct research and perform clinical tests
Assist Navy Physicians and Nurses in a variety of medical fields, including, but not limited to: radiology, physical therapy, phlebotomy, dental, surgery, family medicine, pathology, womens health and more
