Provide health coaching to a defined group of patients to support healthy lifestyle choices; follows up with coached patients via weekly calls. The Medical Assistant (MA) is a key member of the clinic team. He/she plays an important role to help ensure a positive patient experience and efficient clinic operations by assisting healthcare providers in the conduct of patient care.
