Trustbridge Hospice, a part of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated CNA to work with us visiting our patients in their home in Broward County while providing exceptional care on the following schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm with a weekend requirement.

What you'll Do
Provides direct and indirect patient care in an inpatient or outpatient setting under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
Must assist residents with activities of daily living, provide for personal care, comfort, and assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of inpatient residents.
Must also provide and maintain bodily and emotional comfort to Hospice patients/families and to educate and assist the patient/family in maintaining the maximum level of independent living in a safe environment.

What You'll Need
Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
Current Basic Life Support Certification.
Six months' experience working in hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.
Must be willing to accept direction and supervision.
Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance and basic knowledge of the county territory.
Must be able to work comfortably with professionals and volunteers.
Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.

The CARE Center Graduate Clinical Assistant's responsibilities include supporting the counseling and school psychology faculty supervisors and counselors-in-training who provide telehealth and in-person counseling, assessments, research, and education services. The CARE Center Graduate Clinical Assistant will maintain the database, client files, intake, assessments, etc. In turn, the CARE Center Graduate Clinical Assistant student will gain valuable educational knowledge, experience, and skills necessary to succeed in their professional field through their exposure to trainings, workshops, and webinars hosted and supervised by faculty and licensed professionals. The CARE Center Graduate Clinical Assistant must be available on weekdays from 3:45 pm- 8:45 pm, Saturdays from 10 am- 3 pm, and alternate on Sundays.
Essential Functions
1. Assist callers and guests of the office by providing prompt customer service, resolving inquiries or referring to the appropriate individual.
2. Maintain a supply of forms and materials in the front office for customers and visitors
3. Assist Clinical faculty, student-clinicians and staff in CARE Center by connecting client, faculty, and students with virtual clinical rooms, in-person sessions, audit client files.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Required. Degree in Counseling or Psychology preferred.
