Follows all human resource, Information Management, and HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient rights standards and policies as other personnel. Documents his or her role as the scribe as well as times and signs as the scribe. This documentation will be clearly identifiable and distinguishable from that of the physician or practitioner or other staff.
