Coordinates and completes paperwork/forms as directed related to referral, health/school/sports, immunizations, excused from/return to work/school, childcare, and medication administration. Charts completion as required. Completes all assigned/required training within defined timelines. Demonstrates flexibility in assisting with support/coverage within the practice network. Other duties as consistent with this role. *For Specialty areas: Performs appointment scheduling, procedure and/or surgery scheduling related activities based on department including ambulatory clinics in both IMG and HOD. Education and Experience High School diploma or GED preferred Certification through the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) ~American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Medical Technologists (AMT), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) or National Health Career Association (NHA) required.
