How you will contribute:
· You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.

ROLE of the POSITION
Student Wellness at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas seeks a full-time Medical Assistant, to join our healthcare team at the Student Health Center (SHC) and Faculty and Staff Treatment (FAST) Center. The Medical Assistant AA1 duties include but are not limited to:
* Perform accurate and thorough patient intakes with minimal spelling errors and review patient history, vital signs, and medications.
* Recognize and respond to emergencies in collaboration with the healthcare team.
* Complete laboratory requisitions ensuring all relevant information is included along with supporting documentation (e.g., copies of insurance cards) when indicated.
