Additional Information: General Summary: Under a collaborative agreement with a physician, provides patient care and education to assigned caseload of patients in accordance with established midwifery practice guidelines. File medical records and obtain records for the physician assistants, physician, and Health Services Administrator. Recording symptoms and vital signs, dressing changes.
