The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a mobile environment, collaborating with clinical staff, and engaging with diverse populations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assists with the administration of medications under the supervision of licensed clinical staff Perform basic clinical tasks including vital signs, specimen collection, and documentation. Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) and medication logs. Support patient engagement and education on medication adherence and health practices. Ensure mobile unit is stocked, clean, and compliant with safety and infection control protocols. Coordinate with pharmacies, providers, and case managers as needed. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts. WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment for this position varies between community-based settings. Employees are expected to support individuals both in their homes as well as in the community. TRAVEL This position requires travel between various residential and office locations.
