JOB SUMMARY:
The Driver is responsible for operating a Class A vehicle to transport life-saving medical products to our local customers. The Driver plays a critical role in building positive relationships with our customers by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries. Our Class A Drivers start at $30.50/hour
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tuesday - Saturday start time between 12am-2am
3rd shift at least one weekend day.
Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck.
Safely operate a Class A vehicle between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route. Abide by Medline's safety regulations, including wearing safety equipment where needed, performing safety checks, etc.
Unload and deliver product at our customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
Provide in-person support to the customer - addressing their questions and needs and providing appropriate documentation upon delivery.
Communicate with dispatching team regarding necessary adjustments to delivery route or schedule in order to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations.
Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.
Perform inspection of vehicle to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels for continued vehicle use.
Qualifications:
Multiple stop delivery experience
2 years+ of Class A driving experience
Current/valid CDLA and DOT medical card
Local, home daily
City driving required

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$25.25 - $35.25 Hourly
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

What You'll Need
High school diploma or GED
At least 3 years of driving experience with a clean driving record
Lived experience in recovery with 1 year of sustained sobriety
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a mobile phone
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Completion of CCAR Recovery Coach Academy & Ethics training (preferred - or must be completed within 6 months of hire)
All applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen, CORI, and fingerprinting (fees covered by GAAMHA).

**Here's what you'd do:**
- Snow Truck Driver will be responsible for performing all tasks related to snow removal. Shifts are on-call and range from 6 to 12 hours and are often overnight depending on the storm event. May require longer hours for larger storms. The season starts on the first snow fall.
**You'd be responsible for:**
+ Snow Truck Driver will be responsible for performing all tasks related to snow removal, including operating snow, plow and box trucks, ATV plows, snow blowers, snow shovels and e-pokes (salt spreaders).
+ Work with Sidewalk-Crews as a team to efficiently and safely complete each assignment. We emphasize high-quality service.
**You might be a good fit if you have:**
+ 3 years of commercial experience using a plow truck or salt truck
+ 3+ years of commercial snow experience using Skid-Steer, Front End Loader, Backhoe, or equivalent vehicles with plows and snow containment boxes
+ 18 years of age or older
+ Have a valid and clean driver's license with no restrictions (CDL is NOT required)
+ Work well under pressure while observing safety guidelines
+ Have a smart phone (to download and use our attendance tracker App)
+ Have dependable transportation
+ You must attend and pass training and a background check
+ Able to lawfully work in the USA

Duties & Responsibilities
Keep a current, organized appointment schedule for clients' appointments. Attempt to make arrangements for alternative driver during time off.
Transport clients to and from appointments that are places on their calendar, work with nurses, counselors and unit coordinators to arrange appropriate driving schedule.
Provide coverage on either detox unit if so required.
Perform agency errands, bank runs, post office and deliveries.
Other duties as required.

Must have valid driver's license.
Must have good driving record.
Must be flexible with hours, as per need of the units.

* Maintains daily maintenance log.
Qualifications:
* One year experience at similar facility preferred.
* Must possess a valid Massachusetts CDL Class II with a passenger endorsement license.
* CPR & First Aid annually
* Must demonstrate the ability to read, write and speak English.
