Reports any problems to Supervisor of Maintenance. * Maintains all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition. * Exercises extreme care in driving and in assisting residents on and off vehicles. * Is courteous, in uniform and well-groomed at all times. * Accomplishes additional duties as required and directed by Supervisor. * Assists grounds staff with snow and ice removal whenever necessary. * Operates wheelchair lifts properly and ensures safe transport of wheelchair bound residents, residents with electric carts and residents with walkers. * Maintains daily maintenance log. Qualifications: * One year experience at similar facility preferred. * Must possess a valid Massachusetts CDL Class II with a passenger endorsement license. * CPR & First Aid annually * Must demonstrate the ability to read, write and speak English.
